When will I receive my order?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:Â Â

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!Â
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
â—Ź Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.Â
â—Ź Ask your local post office if they have your package.Â
â—Ź Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.Â
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at store@thewritingbadge.com with your order number.Â

How do I track my order?Â
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.Â
Are refunds available?Â
In order to deliver the most premium prints at the fastest rate, we operate a print on-demand model. This means when you place an order a brand new print is made. Due to this model, and our commitment to quality prints, we are unable to refund or exchange prints.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at store@thewritingbadge.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
